I am Heather Dunn...
Wife... Mom... and photography addict.
I began my love of photography way too many years ago in Highschool... where I helped on the highschool yearbook by taking photos and using glue and scissors to piece the yearbook together.
Then I grew up... got married and had kids. At that point my photography took on a sense of urgency: It was now or never... My kids were changing and growing before my eyes. I had to savor and record every little bit that I could...from the messy faces to the little bits of curls at the nape of their necks. I really enjoyed being a stay at home mom, but was in desperate need of a creative outlet. Scrapbooking was a natural step... and the need for better photos drove my need to learn all I could about photography and buy better equipment.
Now days, my photography has taken on a whole new life. It has become a very nice little industry for me, and I pretty much work it full time. Meanwhile, my kids and hubby are still my very favorite subjects, even if I don't get to scrapbook as much as I like.
