Foster {Wedding photos}

Those of you who live in Alaska this winter know all about it: We have had some kind of weather.

It almost makes you want to pull up stakes.

Michelle and Charlie’s wedding day was like that…. we had at least 30 mph winds to go with subzero temperatures. It took all our plans of picturesque location shots and flushed them down the tube.  But Michelle rolled with it, and we made some really beautiful photos right where we were.

That is what kind of people these are: when all is said and done they just love each other and nothing else is as important as that.

Gown: Arctic Rose

Gorgeous Michelle! 🙂 You are so classic in your beauty…

Hair: Roxanne Wintz | Beehive Beauty Salon

Makeup: Melanie Camargo | Alaska Makeup Team

Jewelry and hair band | Angela Chandler

And Michelle’s little guy: Levi. He is just adorable! I had a blast playing with his little cuteness.

A new family!
Cute little kissing cousins! 🙂

And Charlie’s elegant daughter: Lydia…
I came across these two peeking through a doorway… waiting to become brother and sister! 🙂 Soo cute!

On to the recepton!

Kids… I just love them! 🙂The father daughter dance….
And Charlie danced with his new mother in law, Diana.
The kids really got into the dancing action. Cake | Erin Cross

This little guy was getting into his cake! LOVE this. 🙂

Because the wind was so bad, we ended up cutting the bride and groom photos kinda short… but thanks to these two’s willingness to withstand crazy amounts of coldness, we did manage to capture some pretty shots at sunset!  They don’t even look cold!
And one last photo of the gorgeous Michelle. Seriously, you are one pretty lady. Michelle and Charlie: Thanks so much for allowing Kara and I to be part of your day! It was awesome to get to know you both a little better and see first hand the kind of love you share.

Here is a link to your gallery with the rest of the photos!

And as always, I’ll include an outtake or two…. Me helping Charlie put on his boutonniere.
I swear … I don’t have rabies… 🙂
