What a super fun engagement session at the Fur Rondy carnival!
These little sweet twins are only one week old! They were born on Valentines day.
Baby N snuggles into her daddy with a sleepy smile after a good feeding:
Baby P is all boy. He clocks in at four pounds… and the one pound difference between the twins sure makes him look like a giant compared to little Baby N.
His daddy has been saving this shotgun for him for a loooong time. It was his daddy’s, his grandpa’s and his great grandpa’s before that!
He has only been home for a few days now, but his faithful dog, Sage, sure has got the proud protective thing down. I can just see the two of them romping through the woods one of these summers.
Oh sweetness.
Isn’t it awesome how feminine she looks compared to his masculinity?
They may be twins, but there sure are some personality differences even at 7 days old.

And then there is the prince. He is snuggled in the special blanket sent for him by his great grandmother.
What a blessing to see these two with their “prayed for” babies. It is a thing of beauty. We found ourselves on the edge of tears, in thankfulness, many, many times during our session.
All babies are special. But the ones that have been wished and prayed for so desperately… are such a gift.

What a strange winter we have had…. When we still had no snow the first week of December, Briana told me she was so worried her dreams of a gorgeous winter setting for her photos were to be disappointed. Just 3 days before the wedding, it started snowing. I think we got a couple feet in just a few days. It was so beautiful out there, and exactly what Briana was wanting.

I printed this one huge for a studio sample and it is a THING of BEAUTY! I love the pop of color with the purple scarf and orange flowers…. so beautiful!
David and Briana chose to see each other before the ceremony. I love having two angles of their first glimpse, thanks to the amazing Oxana shooting from the window!

Even though it was overcast most of the day… the sun peeked out and showed us the edge of Pioneer Peak just for a few moments. It seemed so magical with the drifting snow falling down…
